Review: Horse Boy

A young boy screams at the top of his lungs.  As if something is hurting him from the inside, that no one else can see, he flails and moans.  His parents try to soothe him but his eyes look vacant, and their touch can’t reach him. Horse Boy, directed by Michael O. Scott, follows this young boy, Rowan, and his family as they search to alleviate the debilitating effects of autism.
